Meet Stephanie
Beyond the Bag is a program of New Beginnings Living with an Ostomy, a registered nonprofit in the state of New Jersey.
Stephanie knows what it feels like to have your life changed overnight. As a Colorectal cancer and ostomy survivor, she woke up one day with a stoma — and a choice: shrink or stand up.
She stood up.
From survivor to author, speaker, and advocate, Stephanie built Beyond the Bag to fill every gap she wished someone had filled for her: real talk, real resources, and a real community for people living with ostomies.
She serves the NJ/PA Triad area and the global ostomy community — because no one should navigate this journey alone.
